Digital era our interests aroused!
However….
We uploaded pictures to garner admiration
But forgot to enjoy our moments dear
In our haste to click ‘like’ and ‘love’
We ignored the beauty of those who were near!
Family members each sat in different rooms
Digital toys in kids’ hands irritability soar
Children forgot there’s a real world outside
Where athletes run and footballers score!
Let’s not lose values in the modernity quest
Let technology and values together reign.
Let not traditions, culture and family bonding suffer
So that whatever is lost is found again.
